Josh grew up in the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and kayaking. Certified in wilderness first aid. His favorite places to explore are the San Gabriel and Eastern Sierras. Josh's passion for the outdoors continues to grow with every new location and group of kids he gets to work with. He got involved with outdoor education through Outward Bound Adventures, believing every child should experience nature in as many ways as possible. And since children are the future stewards, he educates them on the importance of nature through advocacy, creating a better future for all that are here, present, past, and those to come. Protecting the voiceless from the winged, four-legged, finned, and creepy crawlers. When Josh isn't in nature, he loves painting, listening to music, reading, BBQing, and spending time with his loved ones and pets
